Trainings/Certifications: CAPPA-trained birth and postpartum doula, currently enrolled in Ancient Art Midwifery Institute, certified in Neonatal Resuscitation, and Adult/Infant CPR. Member of MANA, CAPPA, and the Trust Birth Initiative.
Philosophy: I want to listen to and respect your needs in a quietly supportive role as well as be able to instill confidence in you and your family during this time. I want to be there for you and minister to you in a non-judgmental way so that this special time in your family’s life can be a joyful one. The role of a postpartum doula varies, depending on the family’s wants and needs, so good communication is very important. I’m here to serve your family in the best way that I can.
